Basketweave Crochet Beanie

August 20, 2017

This basketweave beanie is perfect for keeping little ears warm as the weather starts to change.

Lion Brand Thick & Quick yarn is my go to yarn for the cooler months. Because… well, the name says it all! It’s warm, soft, and works up nice and quick. This beanie took me less than an hour!

I love the texture of the basket weave stitch. It looks complicated, but it’s really not as much as you’d think! By using just two different stitches, you can make this beautifully textured beanie.

This pattern is available as an inexpensive, clearly formatted, PDF instant download HERE in my Etsy shop.
