About the Design
This market bag is designed with both style and function in mind. The project begins with a simple rectangular base, making it easy to get started.
As you continue working, decreases along the sides gently taper the fabric inward, forming the classic market bag shape. The offset V stitch gives the bag its airy, lacy look while still maintaining structure—perfect for holding your essentials without stretching out too much.
To finish, sturdy straps are added, making it comfortable to carry whether you’re heading to the store or out for the day.
